LHF Series Mechanical Rotary Reverse-Air Bag Dust Collector
The machine's casing is designed according to the flow pattern of a cyclone dust collector, separating large particles of dust first, while fine dust is removed by filter bags. The rotary spray pipe periodically sprays reverse-airflow from top to bottom onto the filter bags, forcing the bags to expand, vibrate, and shake off accumulated dust, increasing the lifespan of the filter bags and ensuring dust removal efficiency.
This machine integrates the advantages of similar products from home and abroad, featuring good sealing, flexible rotation, convenient filter bag replacement, dust removal efficiency exceeding 99.5%, and dust emission concentration below national standards. The filter bags adopt a trapezoidal flat bag structure, which is simple in structure, compact in arrangement, has a high filtering area index, large reverse-air amplitude, and is easy to shake off accumulated dust.
