The company mainly produces 16 series of sand treatment equipment including clay sand, resin sand, sodium silicate sand, V method moulding and extinction mould production line with more than 250 specifications. It has the ability to design, manufacture, install and debug the whole line contract. The company mainly provides 20-200t/h mechanized clay sand treatment production line and 1000-20000t annually casting condensate resin sand mechanized production line. The company has strong technical force, complete and perfect processing and testing means. Over the years, the company has been working closely with more than a dozen universities, secondary schools and research institutes to introduce new technologies abroad and develop a variety of leading equipment.

From 2007 to 2017, the sand treatment production lines for Japan Dongjiu Molding Line, Germany Static Pressure Line, Tianjin Zhiheng, Baoding Weier Casting Machine, Japan New East Molding Line and Wuxi Huapei Molding Line were successively matched. In 2009, our company cooperated with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. in V-shaped and sand treatment equipment production line, which is the second cooperation based on two cooperation with Japan. At the same time, products have been exported to Thailand, India, Indonesia, Iran and other countries. In 2016, the company won the top 50 in Qingdao Hi-tech Enterprise, China Foundry Association and China Foundry Machinery Industry. The company will rely on the continuous strengthening of independent research and development of water products, enhance technological innovation ability, with the purpose of "casting national brand, creating high-quality products", develop high reliability, green and environmental protection casting equipment, vigorously promote the automation development in the field of foundry machinery.
