S52 Series Centrifugal Regeneration Machine

　　This machine is mainly used for the regeneration of old resin sand in the foundry workshop. It features a compact structure, reliable use, convenient maintenance, low energy consumption, and good regeneration effect.

　　This machine can be composed of several structurally identical units connected in series in the vertical direction. The sand, after purification and granulation, falls from the hopper to the feeding plate, and then evenly falls into the rotating plate. Under the action of the centrifugal force of the high-speed rotating rotating plate, the sand is thrown towards the fixed annular baffle at a speed of 30～40m/s. The high-speed sand flow impacts the baffle and rotates along its inner wall, causing impact and friction between the sand particles and between the sand particles and the baffle, and then falls into the hopper of the next unit. After several cycles, the resin film gradually peels off, achieving the purpose of regeneration. The high-speed rotating wind blades cause the inhaled air to pass through the falling sand flow at high speed, carrying away the dust and discharging it into the dust collector from the top.
