S53 Series Sand Regeneration Machine
The sand regeneration machine is a high-performance used sand regeneration equipment, characterized by high film removal rate (adjustable) and good sand particle roundness. It also has the functions of coarse-level air classification and cooling of used sand.
Main technical characteristics:
1. It adopts the regeneration principle of mainly friction, with high film removal rate, low breakage rate, and can effectively improve the sand particle shape and distribution.
2. The air blowing method is used to make the sand boil, and the sand rubs against each other between two sets of high-speed rotating friction wheels to achieve the purpose of film removal and dust removal.
3. High-hardness materials are used to make the friction wheels, which have a long service life and are easy to replace.
4. Compressed air is used to purge the bearing part, so the bearing has a long service life and good sealing effect.
5. By adjusting the production rate, different film removal effects can be obtained. Therefore, the film removal rate can be determined according to different process requirements, reducing operating costs.
